A Look at the Griffons

Well I guess the word is out, while I am not 100% finished with my whole Howling Griffons collection. My 2,000pt army is finished. Here is a sneak peak.

The army has actually been finish for a while. Here is the first batch of close ups.

Squad 1 & Transport

Squad 1's Transport

Interior Detail, all the Rhinos are painted with similar detail.

Squad 4 with Razorback, Khan usually rides with them.
Squad 4's Ride

Librarian with Terminator Armor and Storm Shield. The model next to him is a wound counter.

Well that is it for this time around. I will share the rest of the army as the week progresses.

  2. Excellent Work.
This army really is looking terrific Huron. You did a fantastic job with the quartered paint scheme. In particular I enjoy the dirt and grime on the vehicles, oh and the wound counter!
Do you have a photo of the finished Khan!

  3. It's nice to see you get back to posting on your modelling projects. The Griffons look good, but now they need a Thunderhawk ;)

  5. where the hell did my comment go? ;( I noticed last week that someone made a comment over at my place and I dissapeared from the comment section. Does anyone else notice this problem?

  6. Absolutely stunning! The quartered scheme is time-intensive, but the final result is very striking. Nice work!

  7. @Black Matt, it's an issue with Bloggers comment system, and has been going on for a couple of weeks. I am really considering swapping to Disqus.

  8. Thank you all for all the comments.

I used to run Disqus on the last version of my blog. For some reason this template does not like Disqus and I have not been able to get Disqus to work with it.

For some reason I've realised I'm not following your blog these days. Bloomin' blogger. Oh well - consider yourself back on!
